We value everyone’s time. If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be blocked from future bookings or required to prepay for services. You can cancel up to 2 hours in advance online or by calling 512-350-4056.
Rescheduling
Plans change — we get it. Use your confirmation email/SMS to easily reschedule up to 2 hours before your service. Need help? Call us, and we’ll assist.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Each workstation is disinfected between clients.
- Barbers follow TDLR sanitation standards strictly.
- We provide disposable capes or fresh cloth capes for every cut.
Please arrive clean — no excessive sweat, odors, or hair product buildup. If you're sick, stay home and reschedule.
Minors & Guests
Kids are welcome at 3KB Reserve with a parent or guardian present. Children under 13 must be supervised at all times.
Please keep noise and activity to a minimum to preserve the chill vibe for everyone.
