- Respect shared areas, suite cleanliness, and fellow renters.
4. Payments and Billing
Rental payments must be made as outlined in your signed lease. Late payments may result in fees and potential suspension of services.
5. Termination
3KB Reserve reserves the right to terminate lease agreements for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct detrimental to the community.
6. Limitation of Liability
3KB Reserve is not responsible for personal property, client disputes, or service-related claims that arise from independently contracted work within the suites.
